Can you tell me about your free expedited shipping service?

As a division of SRC Refrigeration, we have access to more shipping methods than most other companies. This allows us to expedite most orders at no additional cost. Be sure to inquire about expedited shipping when you place your order; if we can do it for free, we will!

What states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states, proudly serving all locations where recreational/medical marijuana is legal.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! We are located approximately 20 miles north of Detroit at 6620 Nineteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI, 48314. Pick-up hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We will assist you in loading your vehicle; please bring padding materials and tie-downs.

Will my package be discreet? What will it say on the box?

All of our indoor cannabis growing solutions are shipped as discreetly as possible and will not indicate what they are on the box. You can rest assured that your privacy is our top priority.

Do you ship your products internationally?

We currently ship to both Canada and Mexico in areas where recreational/medical cannabis is legal.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

All equipment is shipped in good order on a clean bill of lading, and we take every precaution to avoid damage to your equipment. Please inspect your shipment as soon as it is received.
